Fusion Bale Reload

Reloading Bales into a Fusion Baler

Bales may need to be reloaded for a variety of reasons during baling operations, including:

  • A bale jumping on a sharp incline
  • Operator error during baling
  • The bale being handled incorrectly
  • A bale becoming accidentally caught on an object

With the JM Agri TR-3 and TR-4 Bale Handlers, operators can quickly and safely reload a damaged or displaced bale back into the Fusion baler. Thanks to the innovative elephant trunk design, the bale can be carefully positioned and guided into the rear of the baler without strain or complex manoeuvres.

This patented design allows for precise control, ensuring the bale is smoothly reloaded even in less-than-ideal conditions. The process greatly reduces downtime and eliminates the need for extra equipment or manual handling, improving overall efficiency in the field.

Watch the video below to see how simple and effective it is to reload a bale into a Fusion baler using the JM Agri TR-3 or TR-4.
