JM Agri Design’s TR-3 and TR-4 elephant trunk bale handlers share durable frames, hydraulic clamping, and gentle, no-scratch operation. The TR-3 is compact for small to mid-size farms, while the TR-4 is heavier-duty for high-output operations and larger machines. Both improve efficiency, reduce damage, and suit various farm needs.
Time & cost efficiency: Faster loading/unloading, reduced labour, less damage to wraps (thus less waste) and less fuel/time spent.
Less damage to plastic wrap: The design avoids damaging plastic wrapping (by gripping on flatter faces, using rollers, etc.
Better manoeuvrability: Ability to grip bales at any angle helps especially in confined or awkward spaces
Both round and square bales; wrapped or unwrapped
A double bale handler that allows handling two bales at once; includes in-cab control allowing each arm to operate independently or together; high efficiency
Yes, the TR-series handlers incorporate rotating rollers and a check valve system. The rollers ensure smooth handling of bales, while the check valve maintains consistent grip, preventing damage to the bale wrap
To ensure optimal performance and longevity:
Regularly grease all pivot points to reduce friction and wear.
Inspect the rotating rollers for any signs of damage or wear.
Check the hydraulic system for leaks or irregularities.
Store the handler in a dry place when not in use to prevent rust and corrosion
During the ordering process, you can select from various loader bracket options to ensure compatibility with your equipment. Available options include Euro 8, MX bracket, Rossmore, Tanco, and others.
The TR-series bale handlers come with standard male and female hydraulic hose fittings, which are compatible with most tractors and loaders. If your machine uses a different standard, the fittings can be changed to match your tractor or loader
